Katie is the Founder and Director of Kcöre Pilates Method.
After moving back to New Zealand after a long stint overseas she set out to find a Pilates Class that would suit her needs. Katie wanted the latest high-intensity boutique reformer pilates based on providing specific physical results not just rehabilitation.
When she couldn’t find it, she decided to bring Kcore to NZ. After all why should New Zealanders miss out?
Katie’s love of movement and exercise started at a young age which lead her to become a Professional Classical Ballerina with the Royal Victorian Ballet in Melbourne. Post dancing she completed a Degree in Biomedical Science, majoring in sport and exercise science.
Following this, Katie trained and taught Pilates and Barre at top studios in London and Melbourne. This experience means that Kcöre is an extremely intense workout that will sculpt, define and fine tune your body giving you serious results.
Katie holds a Cert IV in Pilates as well as Dynamic Pilates and Barre Certification.
Degree in Biomedical Science (majoring in sport and exercise science).
Katie not only has the experience, but also the technical knowledge to sculpt long lean bodies.
